Are PrO Pre-owned iPhones certified and tested before sale?
- We import the best grades available, and then upon arrival in South Africa each device is regraded and tested by our team of certified technicians.
- They are first checked for cosmetic imperfections and assigned an A, B or C grading.
- Then they are subjected to a myriad of functional tests, using both the manufacturers proprietary software and industry standard third party testing software, where only 100% functional devices are passed.
- Devices are then cleaned using Isopropyl wipes to ensure they are completely cleaned and sanitised.
What is the difference between grades A, B & C?
We use the following terms to grade our devices
- Pristine – A grade (no screen scratches, light user marks and 80% or above battery health)
- Premium – B grade (light screens marks, clear usage marks on frame and casing, 75% or above battery health)
- Gelukkie – C grade (heavier user marks, no cracks or broken components, guaranteed fully functional)
Do PrO Pre-owned iPhones come with original accessories and packaging?
No, but you can purchase an original charging cable or accessory with your device.
Are the devices unlocked and compatible with all networks?

7 day return policy on unopened devices.
How long does shipping take and is it free?
Expect 2-4 days economy shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Do PrO Pre-owned iPhones come with a warranty and what is and isn’t covered?
All of our pre-owned devices have a warranty between 3 and 12 months, depending on the model or grade you purchased.

How do I claim my warranty?

What is the difference between a PrO Pre-owned iPhone and those sold privately?
Great question, every device we sell is handpicked, tested, certified and sold with a full warranty. Privately sold devices have none these attributes.
