Not all pre-owned phones are the same. That is why every PrO device is inspected, tested and sorted into one of three grades. Each grade tells you the cosmetic condition and battery health of the device, so there are no surprises. Whatever your budget, there is a PrO grade for you.
Pristine Range
Our Pristine devices represent the pinnacle of pre-owned quality. Each device is certified to have 100% original components and undergoes rigorous testing with OEM proprietary testing software to ensure they meet AAA quality standards. With no visible user marks and packaged in our signature Rubine Red boxes, our Pristine range is as good as new, offering you unmatched quality and reliability.
Premium Range
The Premium devices offer excellent value, featuring devices that, while they may have minor cosmetic blemishes, maintain high functionality and performance. Each Premium device is also tested and certified by our expert technicians and comes packaged in distinct Green boxes. This range is ideal for those seeking quality and durability at a more accessible price point.
Gelukkie Range
Presenting Gelukkie - your just in case, who knows when smartphone that’s yours as a stroke of good fortune and a lucky score fosho. It might look a bit ‘used’ but it works, and what gives a phone more character than picking up a few scratches and scuffs along the way. Call it ‘field experience’ if you will. With a 3 month limited warranty, your ‘no-fuss’ gelukkie is just a plain and simple helper to get you on your way.

Are PrO Pre-owned iPhones certified and tested before sale?
- We import the best grades available, and then upon arrival in South Africa each device is regraded and tested by our team of certified technicians.
- They are first checked for cosmetic imperfections and assigned an A, B or C grading.
- Then they are subjected to a myriad of functional tests, using both the manufacturers proprietary software and industry standard third party testing software, where only 100% functional devices are passed.
- Devices are then cleaned using Isopropyl wipes to ensure they are completely cleaned and sanitised.
